This includes registering a UK or US domain name and parking the domain name on our server. If you already own the domain name but it is registered elsewhere, we will help you transfer it to OxheyNet so that your website can be hosted with us. Supported domain names are:

We offer a range of hosting packages which are designed to cover your requirements. They include Windows and Linux-based servers as well as packages supporting Perl, PHP, CGI, ASP, ISAPI and SHTML scripting. We offer support for the .NET framework. Options include a Control Panel, website statistics, FrontPage 2002 extensions, SSL, media streaming, site password protection. Database functionality includes support for ODBC, Microsoft SQL Server and MySGL.

Standard Hosting
This is our most popular package and includes all standard functions. It includes 50Mb web space, full POP3 email with unlimited mailboxes with email forwarding. Your site is hosted on multiple web servers, ensuring it is super-fast and always available. The unique design keeps your site on-line all the time - always fully operational, even in the event of a server failure. Full scripting support for Perl, PHP and CGI is included. The server is based on Microsoft Windows 2003 but does not include support for ASP scripting (see Envisage Microsoft if you require ASP).

Envisage Microsoft
Envisage Microsoft is based on the latest Microsoft 2003 IIS6 servers with full support for ASP, Perl, CGI, PHP, ISAPI and SHTML scripting. Additionally, our Windows servers offer full and unrestricted support for the .NET Framework (chargeable option).

Cost: £35 per domain per year

Envisage Linux
Envisage Linux is based on the latest Redhat Linux web-servers running Apache web-server. Full support for Perl and PHP scripting. Full telnet and SSH access is also provided.

Envisage Microsoft Enterprise
Envisage Microsoft Enterprise includes all the benefits described above. Additionally, requests to your web site are evenly distributed (load balanced) across multiple servers increasing the performance and availability of your site. Envisage Enterprise also includes advanced server specifications all across less populated servers, ensuring optimal performance.

Envisage Linux Enterprise
Envisage Linux Enterprise includes all the benefits described above. Additionally, requests to your web site are evenly distributed (load balanced) across multiple servers increasing the performance and availability of your site. Subdomains
You can include unlimited sub-domains on your account such as subdomain.mydomain.co.uk. By creating sub domains you effectively get multiple web sites from a single domain. For example you could have support.mydomain.co.uk, and shop.mydomain.co.uk, in addition to the main domain mydomain.co.uk.

.NET framework
Full support for Microsoft's .NET Framework.

Cost: £60 per domain per year

Website Statistics
This is a high-quality web-based statistics service where you can view both real-time and historical information about the visitors to your web site.

Cost: £30 per domain per year.

FrontPage 2002 Extensions
This provides full support for Microsoft FrontPage 2002 extensions.

Cost: £40 per domain per year.

SSL secure server functionality
This offers SSL secure server functionality and allows secure transactions between your web site and your customers. This feature requires you to take the Control Panel Option.

Cost: £80 per domain per year.

Microsoft Media Streaming
This provides support for powerful video and audio Media Streaming.

Cost: £100 per stream per year.

Password Protection - Basic URL Security
Password protect areas of your website, authenticating users from a text file. This can be achieved without any scripting, and is controlled by the server giving high security and a professional image to visitors.

Password Protection - Advanced URL Security
Password protect areas of your website, authenticating users via any ODBC database. This can be achieved without any scripting, and is controlled by the server giving high security and a professional image to your visitors.

Cost: £50 per domain per year.

4. E-mail related features

Unlimited email accounts
Your hosting account includes an unlimited number of full POP3 e-mail accounts, auto responders, and forwarders.

No additional cost.

Web Mail
With web mail you can check or compose your e-mails from any web browser, no matter whose computer you are using.

No additional cost.

E-mail virus Scanning
This provides automatic virus scanning of all e-mail sent to a domain name. The virus scanning operates on the border of our network, and incoming messages are checked before they reach your InBox.

Cost: £40 per mailbox per year.

Spam Filtering
The Spam filtering option removes unsolicited e-mails. The sensitivity of the filtering can be selected used, and decisions on what action should be taken when Spam e-mail arrives can be taken.

Cost: £20 per mailbox per year.

SMS Alerts
Enables you to receive a text message on your mobile phone telling you every time you receive an email.

No additional cost.

Advanced SMS Alerts
Enables you to receive a text message on your mobile phone telling you every time you receive an email. You can specify criteria that determines whether a message will be sent, e.g. only inform me about messages sent from a certain person or with a certain word in the subject.

Cost: £20 per mailbox per year.

5. Databases

ODBC database
Windows domains can use any ODBC compliant database such as Microsoft Access or Microsoft Excel. ODBC data sources can be installed instantly using your Control Panel (chargeable Option).

Microsoft SQL Server database
This allows you to create MSSQL Server databases on your account and have full control of them via the Microsoft Enterprise Manager or ODBC. MSSQL Server is the most powerful database available for the web today, and is the solution used by many corporate and financial institutions worldwide per database per year.

Cost: £400 per database per year.

MySQL Database
MySQL is the open-source standard for databases, and is ideal for web applications based on our Linux Servers. MySQL databases can be set-up and managed instantly using the Control Panel.

Cost: £80 per database per year.
